Donor Immune Cells (TGFbi NK Cells) and Isatuximab for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Testing immune cells and isatuximab for difficult multiple myeloma cases.

This study looks at if a new treatment is safe and works for patients with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. It uses special immune cells called TiNK cells and a medicine called isatuximab. The TiNK cells are made in a lab to fight cancer better. Isatuximab is an antibody, a type of protein that helps the immune system attack cancer. Patients also get standard cancer medicines, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone. Cyclophosphamide damages cancer cell DNA, while dexamethasone helps reduce chemotherapy side effects. This study involves multiple visits over about 6 months.

  • Participants will have treatments every 28 days for up to 6 cycles.
  • Regular tests and check-ups are required throughout the study.
  • Follow-up appointments continue for up to 2 years after treatment.

Eligible participants must be 18 or older, have had at least three prior cancer treatments, and meet specific health criteria. It's important to consider all eligibility requirements and discuss any risks with your doctor before participating.
