Community Support Program for Lung Cancer Screening is a study designed to help people in Philadelphia follow up with their lung cancer screenings. Lung cancer screening (LCS) uses a special X-ray called a low-dose CT (LDCT) scan to look for signs of lung cancer. This study helps patients get to their appointments by providing **Lyft transportation vouchers** for free rides. A **Community Support Program Representative** and a **Patient Navigator** will call patients, help them with travel, and keep track of their appointments.
Who can join? If you are aged between 18-89 years and live in West Philadelphia with an upcoming or missed LDCT appointment, you may be eligible to join.
- This study helps make sure you don't miss important lung cancer screenings.
- You will receive free transportation to and from your appointments.
- The program supports you by reminding you and helping with appointment logistics.
