This study focuses on improving urinary symptoms and quality of life for patients with Overactive Bladder Syndrome (OABS) who haven't improved with regular treatments. It explores two treatment methods: bladder training and pelvic floor exercise training along with Botulinum Toxin-A (BTx-A), known as Botox. Patients will be divided into two groups: one will receive Botox plus physiotherapy (bladder and pelvic floor exercises), and the other will get only Botox.

The study will assess urinary symptoms and quality of life before Botox, and at 2 weeks and 12 weeks after Botox. The tools used for evaluation include the International Incontinence Consultation Questionnaire and the Global Perception of Improvement.

  • The study is for adults over 18 with non-neurogenic OABS who didn't respond to regular treatments.
  • Participation involves multiple evaluations over three months.
  • Participants must volunteer and give consent, and pregnant women or those with certain medical conditions cannot join.
