This study focuses on people living with **HIV** (a virus that weakens the immune system) to find out how common oral **HPV** (a virus that can cause mouth infections) is and how it relates to oral lesions (sores or bumps in the mouth). Researchers will study 300 participants from the Vivent Clinic, collecting information like age, race, tobacco and alcohol use, and **CD4 count** (a measure of immune health). Participants will need to do an oral swish and spit test and have a dental exam. The clinic provides medical care and support services like pharmacy access and mental health programs.
