This study is testing if an extra treatment helps people with **Adhesive Capsulitis**, also known as "frozen shoulder." This condition causes pain and stiffness. The study involves a method called **ultrasound-guided hydrodilatation**, which uses sound waves to help doctors see inside the shoulder and inject fluid to relieve stiffness. Some patients will also get a special treatment called **hydrorelease** to see if it provides extra benefits. Participants will be checked by doctors who don’t know which treatment they received to keep the results fair.

• The study lasts for about 2 months, with visits before, immediately after, and at 1 week, 1 month, and 2 months after the injection.
• Participants should be between 30-70 years old and have had shoulder pain for at least 3 months.
• You cannot join if you've had recent shoulder treatments, certain health conditions, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
