This study aims to help patients in palliative care by understanding their spiritual needs using a survey called the Spiritual Needs Questionnaire. Palliative care is special care for people with serious illnesses, focusing on comfort and quality of life. At Muenster University Hospital, researchers want to see if using this questionnaire regularly benefits patients and can be managed by the hospital's spiritual care team. They will look at past and current information to find out.
- Participants must understand and complete the questionnaire in German.
- Patients should have a life expectancy of more than 2 weeks.
- They will need to give written consent to join the study.
