Phase N/A

This study looks at how Tissue Flossing affects knee flexibility. Tissue Flossing is a technique where a special band is wrapped around a joint to improve movement. In this study, 58 healthy people aged 18 to 35 will be split into two groups. One group will use Tissue Flossing around their knee (Intervention Group), and the other won't (Control Group). Both groups will have their knee movement measured with a tool called a goniometer before and after trying to move their knee passively (someone moves it for them) and actively (they move it themselves).

Key Points:

  • You'll have two assessments: one before and one after the intervention.
  • You should be healthy with normal joint movement and between 18-35 years old.
  • If you have certain health issues or have had recent surgeries, you may not be eligible.

Why should I take part in a clinical trial?

Participating in a clinical trial provides early access to potentially effective treatments and directly contributes to the healthcare advancements that benefit us all.

How long does a clinical trial take place?

The duration of clinical trials varies. Some trials last weeks, some years, depending on the phase and intention of the trial.

Do I get compensated for taking part in clinical trials?

Compensation varies per trial. Some offer payment or reimbursement for time and travel, while others may not.

How safe are clinical trials?
