This study looks at how feedback from teachers affects nursing students. **Verbal feedback** means teachers will talk to students about their work. The study will check if this helps students feel more confident in their skills, do better in school, and feel less stressed.
**Before the study begins**, students will fill out surveys about their school confidence, clinical skills, and stress levels. **During the study**, students will meet with teachers each week for 20 minutes over 6 weeks. Teachers will talk to students about their strengths and areas for improvement in their clinical work. **After the study**, students will fill out the same surveys to see if there are changes.
- The study lasts 6 weeks with weekly meetings.
- Participants need to be 3rd-year nursing students in a specific program.
- Students should not have done this program before and must want to join.
This research helps understand if verbal feedback can make students better at their work and less stressed.
