Phase N/A

This study explores a new way to help people with schizophrenia spectrum disorders, focusing on distressing thoughts and experiences. Schizophrenia spectrum disorders can include conditions that affect how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. The study combines four in-person therapy sessions with smartphone-based activities to offer support. **Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA)** is a method where you use your phone to answer questions about your feelings in real time. **Ecological Momentary Intervention (EMI)** is when you get reminders about coping strategies on your phone. Participants must be 18-65 years old, speak German, and have some smartphone skills. They will attend 4 therapy sessions over 4-6 weeks and carry out self-reported measurements at the beginning and end of the study.

  • **Time Commitment**: 4 therapy sessions and weekly check-ins over 4-6 weeks.
  • **Tools**: Use a smartphone for assessments and reminders.
  • **Eligibility**: 18-65 years old, diagnosed with schizophrenia, and able to use a smartphone.

Participants can access their data, which is stored securely online. If you meet the criteria and are interested, this study may offer new ways to manage distressing thoughts.
