This study is testing if a gentle, warm treatment called whole-body hyperthermia (WBH) can help people with post-COVID syndrome feel less tired and improve their quality of life. Post-COVID syndrome is when symptoms like fatigue last a long time after having COVID-19. The study lasts about two weeks with two treatments each week, plus follow-up checks for three months. Participants will be split into two groups; one gets a gentle WBH and the other gets a mild one. Both treatments involve warming the body and breathing in oxygen. Blood tests and questionnaires will check how well the treatment works by looking at things like tiredness and immune system changes. Participants will track their daily steps, sleep, and energy levels in a diary for 15 weeks.
- The study involves regular visits for treatments over two weeks and follow-ups for three months.
- Blood tests and questionnaires will be used to monitor progress.
