In this study, researchers want to see how safe and effective a medicine called Nephoxil is for helping people with hyperphosphatemia who have CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) and need hemodialysis. Hyperphosphatemia means having too much phosphate in the blood, and hemodialysis is a treatment that cleans your blood when your kidneys can't. This study will last 48 weeks, with patients taking Nephoxil capsules in either a low dose (1.5 grams per day) or a standard dose (4 grams per day). The dose might change, but it won't be more than 6 grams a day.

- Visits: No extra visits are needed, just the regular ones with your doctor.
- Participation: You must be 19 or older and agree to participate voluntarily.
