This study explores how well doctors perform when they use ChatGPT-4 compared to traditional methods. Clinical reasoning is how doctors think about patient care, using their knowledge and experience. The study checks if ChatGPT-4 makes this process easier or not. Doctors will be divided into two groups: one with access to ChatGPT-4 and one without. They will solve patient cases and explain their thinking. Experts will grade their answers. This study is important because if AI is used incorrectly, it might not help and could even cause problems.
