Phase N/A

Migraine is a type of headache that can happen over and over, and it often comes with other symptoms like neck pain. For many people, neck pain can make migraines worse. Some treatments have been shown to help with this neck pain, which can reduce migraine discomfort. One treatment is called *kinesio taping*. This involves putting special stretchy tape on the neck to help with pain and muscle tightness. The tape may help by improving blood flow and relaxing muscles. This study looks at how kinesio taping on neck points might help people who have migraine symptoms.

  • The study is for adults aged 18-65 who have migraines without aura and are already on migraine prevention treatment.
  • Participants should not have had recent neck injuries or treatments and should not have certain health conditions like fibromyalgia or cancer.
  • If you join, you'll need to have been diagnosed with migraines for at least a year and agree to participate.
