This study looks at Open-label Placebos (OLP) for women with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). PMS can cause uncomfortable symptoms before a period. An OLP is a treatment where participants know they are taking a placebo, which means it's a "sugar pill" or inactive substance. This research will help us understand if knowing you're taking a placebo helps with PMS over a long time. The study will compare two groups: one that knows why they're taking the placebo (OLP+) and one that doesn't (OLP-).
- The study involves completing an online survey about PMS symptoms.
- Participants need a device with internet access.
- You must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have serious health issues.
