Enamel hypoplasia means the outer layer of your teeth, called enamel, didn't form correctly. This study is about helping children's front teeth that are affected by this. Two special materials, injectable giomer and injectable composite resin, will be used to cover these teeth using a method called injection molding. It's like using a tiny mold to make teeth look better! The study will check how well these materials work over 2 years.
Children in this study must be healthy (ASA class I) and have a specific type of tooth problem (code 3 on the mDDE index). We will not include children whose parents don't give permission or if the teeth have other problems like pulpitis or enamel hypomineralization.
- Study involves check-ups every 6 months for 2 years.
- No surgeries, just a small procedure to fix the teeth.
- Parents need to consent for their child to participate.
