**Palliative care** is a special type of medical care that helps people with serious illnesses. It focuses on making patients comfortable by easing pain and other symptoms, as well as helping with emotional and spiritual needs. This care is provided by a team of different healthcare professionals, also called a *multidisciplinary team*. They work together to support not only the patient but also their family and loved ones, whether at home or in a healthcare facility.
In recent years, there has been an effort to teach healthcare students how to work together across different professions, but this is still a challenge. This study aims to understand how health students can learn to work together better, especially during their internships in palliative care. The study looks at what helps or gets in the way of this teamwork.
**Key Points:**
- **Participants:** Health professionals and students working in palliative care units.
- **Goal:** Improve interdisciplinary (teamwork) learning for health students.
- **Commitment:** Agree to participate in research; study length and visits are not specified.
*Please note:* Participation is voluntary, and you can choose not to take part in the study.
